Terms and Conditions

If your vehicle is stolen and not recovered, Truetag will refund you in full, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be the registered keeper of the vehicle as detailed in the V5 document.
2. Any theft must be notified to Truetag within 24 hours of the theft.
3. Your vehicle must remain unrecovered for 60 days or until your Insurance claim is settled.Whichever is sooner.
4. Refund to a maximum of £300.00.
5. Any change of Registered Keeper must be notified to, and confirmed by Truetag.
6. Truetag reserve the right to alter and amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
